Experience designer grounded in UX and service design, currently in Tech Services at Lush — training, troubleshooting and building the tooling that keeps a shop floor running. I open a problem up properly before building, because working out what people actually need is the same discipline whether the thing is an immersive experience or a stock system.

Experience

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics

Oct 2023 — present

Operational Specialist, Tech Services

2025 — present

Supporting stores and factories across Australia and Aotearoa on the systems they run on — training, troubleshooting, and refining the tools that keep a shop floor working when something breaks.

  • 2025 – 2026 Lush Pay phase 2 — point-of-sale hardware rollout across the region. Procurement, vendor negotiation and budgeting for dozens of label printers and till scales, then hands-on provisioning and per-store install planning.
  • 2026 B.O.T — built an internal support bot so stores can resolve Level 1 tech issues outside Tech Services hours.
  • 2026 Long-lead click and collect — localised the global system, coordinating process and training across Digital Fulfilment, store teams and the UK dev team.
  • 2026 Mobile device management — built ScaleFusion configuration profiles for mass enrolment of scanners, tablets and store phones.

Assistant Manager — Parramatta

2025

Piloted a new point-of-service and stock management system for our region and the country, then ran troubleshooting and onboarding for the rest of the region. Led the team through a visual merchandising realignment, and moved ordering closer to what the store actually needed to cut waste.

Supervisor — QVB

2024 – 2025

Onboarding and up-skilling the team, designing incentives against our targets, and building Power BI reports on customer trends — then using them to steer ordering, stock allocation, and to measure whether a merchandising change actually moved anything. Also ran the product-making workshops and parties.

Sales Assistant — QVB

2023 – 2024

Consults, stock, payments and POS, opening and closing.

The Organic Bread Bar

Nov 2022 — Jun 2023

Evening Barista

2022 – 2023

Coffee, bread and pastry service, close-down and cash-up, wholesale production sheets, and training new starters on the particulars of an evening shift.

Bluebottle Espresso

Jun — Nov 2022

Barista & All-Rounder

2022

Front of house through weekend rushes — coffee, kitchen prep, POS.
